{"id":15010,"date":"2021-10-12T09:54:18","date_gmt":"2021-10-12T13:54:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hidronor.cl\/?p=15010"},"modified":"2026-01-20T13:44:07","modified_gmt":"2026-01-20T17:44:07","slug":"ley-rep-nuevo-producto-prioritario-ropa-y-textiles-en-chile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hidronor.cl\/en\/ley-rep-nuevo-producto-prioritario-ropa-y-textiles-en-chile\/","title":{"rendered":"EPR Law promotes the regulation of a new priority product"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con el objetivo de incrementar la econom\u00eda circular en el pa\u00eds, el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente anunci\u00f3 que \u201clos que producen y comercializan ropa y textiles en Chile se har\u00e1n responsables tambi\u00e9n de la recolecci\u00f3n, reutilizaci\u00f3n, revalorizaci\u00f3n y reciclaje de estos productos\u00bb, pasando a formar parte de la Ley de Responsabilidad Extendida del Productor (Ley REP.) como el s\u00e9ptimo producto regulado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para avanzar en esta materia, el organismo ya se encuentra desarrollado los estudios necesarios para elaborar los reglamentos REP que apliquen a la industria textil. En este sentido, es importante recordar que actualmente esta ley contempla seis productos prioritarios m\u00e1s: neum\u00e1ticos; envases y embalajes; aceites lubricantes; pilas; aparatos el\u00e9ctricos y electr\u00f3nicos; y bater\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta medida forma parte de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hidronor.cl\/hoja-de-ruta-nacional-a-la-economia-circular-para-un-chile-sin-basura-2020-2040\/\">Hoja de Ruta Nacional a la econom\u00eda circular para un Chile sin basura 2020\/2040<\/a>, la cual establece siete metas al 2040 con 27 iniciativas y 118 medidas espec\u00edficas para impulsar un Chile hacia un desarrollo sostenible, justo y participativo, que ponga el bienestar de las personas al centro a trav\u00e9s de la gesti\u00f3n responsable y eficiente de los recursos naturales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para aportar al cumplimiento de estas normativas vigentes, en Hidronor contamos con cobertura nacional para <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hidronor.cl\/servicios-integrales-en-residuos\/\">gestionar y disponer de forma segura y sustentable los residuos
