De hecho, se estima que, al 2050, un 70% de la energ\u00eda producida en el pa\u00eds provenga de estas fuentes, pero \u00bfa d\u00f3nde van a parar los residuos que esta industria genera?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si bien la finalidad de la misma es alcanzar la sustentabilidad ambiental y reducir el calentamiento global, la industria energ\u00e9tica no est\u00e1 exenta de generar residuos industriales -fotovoltaicos-, los cuales deben ser gestionados y tratados correctamente para contaminar lo menos posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En detalle, los&nbsp;parques solares fotovoltaicos llegan a contener en total m\u00e1s de 14 millones de celdas de silicio, un material que debe ser descartado cada 25 a\u00f1os, aproximadamente. Esta situaci\u00f3n amenaza con transformarse en un problema mayor hacia el 2030, a\u00f1o en que se calcula partir\u00e1 un recambio masivo de los&nbsp;parques solares fotovoltaicos&nbsp;en el pa\u00eds y que, al 2050, podr\u00edan alcanzar a producirse cerca de un (1) mill\u00f3n de toneladas de residuos fotovoltaicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para hacer frente a esta realidad, una de las mejores alternativas ser\u00eda reutilizar y reciclar todo el material posible para darles un segundo uso, aportando con esto a la econom\u00eda circular.
