{"id":4126,"date":"2017-08-03T18:20:07","date_gmt":"2017-08-03T22:20:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hidronor.cl\/?p=4126"},"modified":"2026-01-20T14:06:40","modified_gmt":"2026-01-20T18:06:40","slug":"seremi-mma-hace-llamado-a-registrar-y-declarar-sus-residuos-industriales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hidronor.cl\/en\/seremi-mma-hace-llamado-a-registrar-y-declarar-sus-residuos-industriales\/","title":{"rendered":"Seremi MMA calls for the registration and declaration of its industrial waste"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Publicada el 03&nbsp;de agosto del 2017.-<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Seremi del Medio Ambiente, Mar\u00eda Eliana Vega<\/strong>, llam\u00f3 a los productores e importadores de la Regi\u00f3n del Maule a declarar las actividades de su empresa, de acuerdo a lo convenido en la <strong>Ley de Reciclaje<\/strong>, con el fin de disminuir la generaci\u00f3n de residuos y fomentar su reutilizaci\u00f3n, reciclaje y otros tipos de valorizaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan indica la Ley REP, los fabricantes y comerciantes de seis tipos de productos prioritarios estipulados en la normativa, tendr\u00e1n la obligaci\u00f3n de informar al Ministerio del Medio Ambiente sobre la cantidad de productos que comercialicen en el pa\u00eds en el periodo de un a\u00f1o. Asimismo, el sector privado, tendr\u00e1 que notificar sus actividades sobre el traslado de residuos que realicen en el mismo tiempo. Adem\u00e1s, deber\u00e1n se\u00f1alar si la gesti\u00f3n de recolecci\u00f3n y valorizaci\u00f3n es individual o colectiva en sus empresas.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa permitir\u00e1 establecer responsabilidades a productores, importadores y autoridades en cuanto a la conservaci\u00f3n del medio ambiente. Como consecuencia de esta ley, los residuos pasar\u00e1n a ser un recurso de valor, ayudando a impulsar econom\u00eda circular, por poder integrarse nuevamente en una cadena de producci\u00f3n que concluya en un producto completamente diferente. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fuente: <a
