Tras más de cuatro años y medio de tramitación, el Consejo de Ministros para la Sustentabilidad y el Cambio Climático (CMSCC) aprobó por unanimidad el año pasado el decreto que fija las metas de recolección y valorización para los aceites lubricantes usados (ALU), uno de los productos prioritarios contemplados en la Ley 20.920, que “establece un marco para la gestión de residuos, la responsabilidad extendida del productor y fomento al reciclaje”, conocida como Ley REP.
