Committed to the safety and health of our workers

LinkedIn

World Day for Safety and Health at Work (April 28) is a date that invites us to reflect on the importance of creating safe work environments, preventing accidents and protecting the health of all workers.

At Hidronor, we work every day to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for everyone involved in our organization. We know that the sector in which we operate—the management and treatment of industrial waste—presents significant safety challenges, so we responsibly assume our commitment to risk prevention and the well-being of our teams.

We have safety protocols, ongoing training, and continuous improvements to our processes, always seeking to strengthen a culture of prevention that actively involves all employees. This includes:

  • Adoption of good practices in occupational health and safety.
  • Use of technology and equipment appropriate for different operations.
  • Participatory spaces to report and manage unsafe conditions.

Although challenges are constant, our focus is on making sustained progress in creating increasingly safer work environments. At Hidronor, safety is not just a regulatory requirement, but a core value that guides our work.

We will continue to promote concrete actions to take care of what matters most: people.
