As part of the commemoration of World Environment Day, Hidronor had the honor of participating in the environmental fair organized by its client Aceros Aza, reaffirming its commitment to sustainability and environmental protection.
The event, held on Tuesday, June 3rd, at the Aza facilities, brought together various organizations and partner companies that, like Hidronor, work daily to reduce their environmental impact and promote a circular economy. During the event, staff were instructed on how to dispose of the waste generated by their company, raising awareness about sustainable development.
Hidronor presented part of its work in the comprehensive management of industrial, hazardous, and non-hazardous waste, highlighting its role as a strategic partner in the recovery and safe disposal of waste, contributing to environmental protection.
“We are pleased to have been part of this Aza initiative, which not only highlights the efforts many companies are making in environmental matters, but also fosters a culture of shared responsibility,” said Tiare Viveros, Sales Engineer at Hidronor and administrator of the Aza contract.
Participation in these types of activities is part of Hidronor's sustainability strategy, which seeks to generate social, environmental, and economic value through responsible and innovative solutions for waste management in Chile.
