We attended the Technology Summit on Valorization and the Circular Economy organized by CORFO.

Last week, we participated in the Technology Summit on Valorization and the Circular Economy, organized by CORFO—an event that brought together companies, academia, and R&D centers to share innovations, trends, and challenges regarding waste valorization and the development of new sustainable materials.

The event provided a platform to showcase public-private initiatives that are accelerating waste valorization and scaling up technologies, with the aim of boosting productivity, attracting investment, and strengthening the competitiveness of the domestic industry. Corfo also underscored the pivotal role of Technology Consortia and Programs as venues for testing solutions and addressing production challenges that drive economic growth and create new jobs.

In this context, Carla Pérez Quilodrán—Director of Valoriza MáS, a program with which Hidronor is partnered—participated in the module "Industrial Scaling: Activating Markets Through Valorization." She gave a presentation titled "From Environmental Liability Management to the Creation of New Value Chains," in which she explained how the valorization of industrial waste enables the transformation of environmental liabilities into new value chains for various productive sectors.

At Hidronor, we continue to strengthen our participation in initiatives that promote innovation, collaboration, and the circular economy, leveraging our expertise in integrated waste management to contribute to the development of new value chains for the industry and the country.
