Plant Operations Manager

At Hidronor we are looking for our new Plant Operations Manager.

Requirements: 

• University Professional of the careers of Execution Engineer in Survey, Chemical, Civil Construction, Topography or other related.
• 5-10 years experience in a similar position verifiable.
• Preferably experience in earthworks, construction of large civil works.
• Residence in Concepción or surroundings.

Main responsibilities / functions:

• Lead a team of 10 to 15 workers.
• Operation of solidification, inerting and waste stabilization processes.
• Operation and basic preventive maintenance of own machinery.
• Operation of deposits and quarry or similar.
• Maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
• Civil maintenance of plant.

Coordinate use of contractor machinery.
