As project guidelines, the decree proposes to regulate all types of lubricating oils: from those introduced to the national market by themselves, even those who enter the country contained in a vehicle or machinery of any type, and will classify them into two categories: recoverable oils and non-recoverable oils. The first are characterized by leaving a residue that can be collected at the end of its useful life, as opposed to the seconds that are fully consumed or not they are contained in closed systems. For the purposes of the decree, only the The former are subject to collection and recovery goals.
