In this article, the Environmental Manager of Hidronor, Gonzalo Velásquez, says that, at the end of 2018, the company obtained the favorable environmental qualification to develop the fourth stage of its security deposit located in the commune of Florida, Biobío Region , which will have a design that follows the highest safety standards and incorporates improvements in the operation, placing special emphasis on environmental control and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). In addition, it will carry out an innovative biogas recovery project and various activities to benefit the environment and surrounding communities.    

With projects of this type, Hidronor has established itself as one of the companies with the most experience in treatment operations and final disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste in Chile, without neglecting its commitment to the circular economy and the implementation of initiatives that promote the revaluation and recycling of industrial waste.
