This seminar is part of the global Responsible Care® initiative, promoted by the International Council of Chemical Associations ICCA, which seeks to promote responsible practices in the chemical industry. The focus of the day was centered on the voluntary commitment of chemical companies, known as Responsible Care®, through which they commit to constantly improve the production, handling, distribution, use and disposal processes of their products.
Among the interventions we highlight the presentation of Óscar Reicher, Seremi of Environment of the Biobío Region who shared key perspectives on the importance of sustainability in the region; and Sergio Barrientos, general manager of ASIQUIM, who addressed the responsibility of the chemical industry in caring for the environment.
Hidronor had an active participation during this event, in which it presented its comprehensive solutions in waste revaluation and treatment, emphasizing its commitment to sustainability. As a company, we maintain our commitment to responsible conduct guidelines and are a strategic partner for the chemical industry nationwide by offering authorized recycling, revaluation and treatment services for hazardous waste, thus providing the necessary peace of mind to ASIQUIM partners in the correct handling and management of your waste.
