According to the Development ranking Sustainable 2020 (which analyzes the progress of countries with respect to the Goals of Sustainable Development (SDG) of the 2030 Agenda established by the UN), our country was positioned in the first place in Latin America, and in the 28th out of a total of 193 UN member nations, achieving a score total of 77.4 that exceeded the regional average and countries such as the US, Australia and Italy.

The top five performances average for the country were achieved in SDGs 1, 4, 6, 7 and 13, these three being last (SDG 6 “clean water and sanitation”, SDG 7 “affordable energy and no pollutant ”and SDG 13“ climate action ”) strongly related to the environmental dimension.

In the Latin American ranking, after our country (77.4 points) were Costa Rica (75.1 points), Uruguay (74.3 points) and Ecuador (74.3 points).

From Hidronor we join the satisfaction generated by this achievement in our country, and we are committed to continuing working for the sustainable development of Chile.
